Information about ZORITH products and projects on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Product availability, features, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

References to products or services as being 'In Development' indicate that they have not been commercially released. ZORITH makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, timeline, or final features of such products.

Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer, contract, or commitment to deliver any product or service unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement signed by an authorised representative of ZORITH.

By submitting information through a contact form on the Site, you grant ZORITH a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or request.

ZORITH does not treat unsolicited submissions — including ideas, proposals, or suggestions submitted through the Site — as confidential. Any such submissions may be used by ZORITH without restriction or compensation.

ZORITH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZORITH, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT.

ZORITH'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ZORITH IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZORITH and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. ZORITH does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites.

Your interactions with third-party services are governed by those parties' own terms and policies. ZORITH is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda. If you access the Site from outside Uganda, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. All remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZORITH with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
